Assotherm operates in the mechanical / technological plant engineering market and in particular in water distribution systems and heating and air conditioning systems.

The Assotherm company structure, based in Bergamo but operating throughout Italy, is made up of two distinct divisions operating under the same name: the Insulation and Insulation Division and the Valves, Fittings and Systems Division.

Hydrothermal.

The first deals with creating and making available to customers a turnkey service as regards the insulation and insulation of water / air pipes, in accordance with the current regulations on energy saving.

The second deals with the distribution of materials and systems for the construction of plumbing and heating systems.

Depending on the division of competence of the product and/or service requested, the procedure requires the customer coding in our management system. After the acceptance of an offer by the Customer, a special order confirmation is issued certifying the acceptance of Assotherm which summarizes the agreed commercial conditions.

Assotherm is present throughout the Italian territory through direct company management or by means of agencies in the regions covered by this service.

In addition, Assotherm exports in more than 25 CE and extra CE countries by means of foreign sector importers and retailers.

As regards the distribution of products, Assotherm makes use of direct deliveries with its own means in the Lombardy Region and at the port of Genoa. For other regions, deliveries are made using the main national express couriers. The transport service is always agreed upon with the customer.

Assotherm offers the personalization of packaging and product labels, as well as the customization of the product, where the criteria of quantity will not be used for this service.
