The main novelty of the new year 2023 Assotherm, is represented by the new range of AISI 304 Stainless Steel Press Fittings (RAZ Series) , particularly suitable for the distribution of closed circuit fluids for both heating and summer air conditioning.
Of particular interest is the ductility of INOX 304 alloy, which not only provides excellent strength and hardness, but also enables rapid installations and significantly less weight management than a traditional welded carbon steel system.
Assotherm's primary focus in the evolution of its Press Fittings type systems, has been to facilitate the realization of both hot and cold water systems, using a single pipeline and paying the utmost attention to improving the corrosive aspects that in several cases have led to the shelving of carbon steel Press Fittings systems.
With the new RAZ Range of Press Fittings , an excellent solution is offered to the installer to manage their closed loop systems, by means of a strong, lightweight system, without traditional welding or threading and significantly cheaper than AISI 316L stainless steel piping.
The new range of RAZ press fittings and piping made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is currently available in sizes 15, 22, 28, 35, 42, 54 mm. By summer 2023, we will also be ready to fill orders for the larger sizes 76, 89, and 108mm.
